The ANF-GEM Leadership Conference was a blast!
We were so excited to hear PASTOR MARC RENTA speak. He was an amazing speaker who really knew how to connect with people. God definitely used him to share His message with us. His words were inspiring and encouraging, and we felt challenged to grow as leaders.
Pastor Marc encouraged us to dream big and not be afraid to take the first step, even if it was small. He emphasized the importance of starting small and building momentum, reminding us that even the greatest journeys begin with a single step. He also reminded us that being a leader meant serving others and being humble. He shared some great advice about leadership, and we learned a lot from his experience. He talked about the importance of being a servant leader, putting the needs of others before our own, and how that’s the key to true leadership success. He also shared a powerful message about the importance of purpose, emphasizing that his first priority in life is to fulfill his God-given purpose.
One of the coolest things was when Pastor Marc gave each of us a copy of John Maxwell’s book, “The Leader’s Greatest Return.” It’s a really helpful book that talks about how to be a better leader by serving others. We’re all excited to read it and put the principles into practice in our own lives.
We were so thankful for Pastor Marc and for all the amazing leaders in ANF-GEM United States who have poured their hearts and souls into this Ministry. Their dedication, passion, and commitment to serving others is truly inspiring. The conference was a great reminder that God can use us to make a difference in the world, and we’re excited to put what we learned into practice. We left the conference feeling energized, inspired, and ready to lead with humility, passion, and a commitment to serving others.
THINK BIG! START SMALL! KEEP MOVING!
